Wike Unveils Projects for Tinubu’s 2-Year Anniversary

As President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s second year in office approaches, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA), Nyesom Wike, has announced plans to inaugurate several projects in Abuja.

The projects, which include the Abuja International Conference Centre (AICC) and several interchanges, are expected to be completed by May.

Wike, who inspected the projects on Thursday, expressed optimism that the AICC would become a world-class conference center, attracting numerous international events.

He also emphasized the importance of proper maintenance, announcing plans to enter into a maintenance contract with Julius Berger.

The minister further announced that several interchanges, including those on Wole Soyinka Way, would be inaugurated in May, connecting various districts in Abuja.

Additionally, projects in satellite towns would also be inaugurated as part of the celebrations.

Wike’s efforts to complete these projects ahead of Tinubu’s second anniversary in office demonstrate the administration’s commitment to infrastructure development and improving the lives of Nigerians.
