Popular Nigerian comedian Mark Angel has opened up about his decision to step down from managing the careers of young comedians Emmanuella and Success, citing a hectic schedule as the primary reason.
Mark Angel made the revelation during a viral TikTok live session, where he shared that both young talents are now under the management of a professional agency.
He emphasized that the change had nothing to do with recent allegations from Denilson Igwe, a former member of his crew, who accused him of financial exploitation. Rather, Angel explained that entrusting their careers to professionals would provide better opportunities for their growth while freeing him to focus on his expanding workload.
Mark Angel reassured fans that his creative relationship with the duo remains strong. “I no longer manage Emmanuella and Success. They are now being managed by a professional agency because I have more work now and am too busy to manage them. But I still work with them,” he said.
This decision marks a new chapter for Emmanuella and Success, as they continue their careers under professional guidance while maintaining their collaboration with Mark Angel.
