Tinubu departs to Nairobi for AU meeting

The President, Bola Tinubu has departed for Nairobi, Kenya, to attend 5th Mid-Year Coordination Meeting of the African Union alongside other African leaders.

Tinubu who was accompanied by his Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila, and Special Adviser on Special Duties, Communication, and Strategy, Dele Alake, will attend the meeting in his dual capacity as the President of Nigeria and the newly appointed Chairman of the Economic Community of West African States.

The themed of the meeting “Acceleration of African Continental Free Trade Area Implementation,”
