Testimonies from members of the Lord Chosen Church have caused a stir on social media, with many questioning their authenticity.
The viral videos feature accounts that some find difficult to believe, leading to speculation that they might be scripted.
One member claimed to have been rescued by a lion that carried him like an airplane, showed him the way out, and then said “bye bye.”
Another testified that when cultists attacked him and attempted to split his head with a cutlass, it made a “Ko” sound but did not penetrate.
Another dramatic story came from a man who said he was shot multiple times by kidnappers with an AK-47, but the bullets didn’t penetrate.
Frustrated, the kidnappers reportedly released him after he declared, “I am a Chosen.”
These stories suggest that simply declaring “I am a Chosen” grants supernatural protection against threats.
One woman recounted a frightening encounter with three armed robbers who brandished AK-47s.
She claimed to have taken their guns and told them she would report them to her ‘Daddy G.O’ and one ran away and she took the others away
In a similar vein, a 2018 viral testimony involved a woman who said that pasting an “I am a Chosen” sticker on her fuel tank prevented it from ever running empty, while another claimed it kept her gas cylinder full for years.
Additionally, there was controversy over a claim involving a deaf woman whose picture appeared on a church flyer with a testimonial of being healed by the church’s pastor.
Her brother later alleged that the healing was untrue and that she remained deaf.
These testimonies have sparked a debate online, with many questioning their credibility and the possible motives behind them.
