Terrorists abduct 87 people in fresh Kaduna attack

Terrorists seized 87 people on Sunday night during another attack on Kajuru-Station village in Kajuru Local Government Area, Kaduna State.

A Kajuru-Station Youths member named Harisu Dari confirmed the incident and said that at around ten o’clock at night, the terrorists also broke into many establishments and stole food and other items.

It has been made clear by Harisu that no one has been in contact with the 87 residents who were abducted Sunday night.

He said, “As of the time I visited the community this morning, security operatives have not been drafted to help restore the confidence of the villagers.

“The villagers are traumatized by the sad development. The government needs to re-strategize in tackling these terrorists,” he said.

As of the time this report was filed, all attempts to get in touch with ASP Mansir Hassan, the state police public relations officer, were unsuccessful.
