Some Kidnappers Suspected to be ritualists has abducted a 200level student of the department of Mass Communication at the Kwara State University, Malete, Dorca Oluwatimileyin Olanrewaju.
Dorcas who is also the daughter of the Chairman of the Correspondents’ Chapel of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, (NUJ) Kwara State Chapter, Mr. Layi Olanrewaju, and state Correspondents’ of The Sun newspaper was abducted on Thursday afternoon on her way to the campus in Malete.
Although, the circumstances surrounding her abduction is yet unknown but checks revealed that the victim had left her off-campus accommodation to write examination and boarded one of the campus shuttles and she was eventually driven to an unknown destination.
It was gathered that the victim quickly sent a text message to one of her friends to inform her that she has been taken away by some unidentified persons suspected to be ritualists.
Her where about is yet to be known. The father, Mr. Olarenwaju therefore appealed to the kidnappers to release his daughter and also the security agencies as well as the general public to assist in Timileyin’s safe release.
