SCOAN shuns Community, Says TB Joshua will be buried in Lagos

The Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) says the remains of its late General Overseer, Prophet TB Joshua will be buried in the Church premises in Lagos State.

This is coming after series of calls by the kinsmen and youth of Arigidi Akoko, Akoko Northwest of Ondo State, that the remains of the late popular Televangelist brought home for burial.

Recall the the Traditional Ruler of Arigidi, HRH, Oba Yisa Olaniekun in an interview, said the remains of T.B Joshua must be buried at his hometown.

SCOAN, however in a release on Monday, 14 June, 2021, insisted he will be buried in Lagos.

The statement read partly, “We know you are aware that our father in the Lord, Prophet TB Joshua, has been taken home to be with the Lord. We want to assure you that nothing will stop the work of God at SCOAN from moving on. Prophet TB Joshua may be absent in the body but he is present in the spirit.

“We are currently preparing for a week-long service from Monday 5th to Sunday 11th July 2021 in honour of Prophet TB Joshua’s life and legacy.

“He will be laid to rest at The Synagogue, Church Of All Nations in Lagos, Nigeria.
