The Adamawa State Police Command has arrested 30-year-old Hussaini Salihu for allegedly sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl.
According to reports, Salihu lured the victim into his house, assaulted her, and gave her N2,000 before fleeing.
The police spokesperson, SP Nguroje, confirmed the incident and stated that Salihu was apprehended after the victim’s mother reported the crime.
Salihu has however confessed to the crime and will be charged to court soon.
