The wife of the former president,Dame Patience Jonathan, pledged to support the First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, to move the country forward, calling other women to follow suit.
Mrs patience gave the assurance on Wednesday, during a solidarity visit to Mrs Tinubu at the presidential villa Abuja.
She expressed her appreciation on how far she has impacted the lives of Nigeria women.
“she said, it was imperative for her, as a former president’s wife, to also support and encourage the First Lady on things that would move the country forward.
Patience praise women groups for supporting president Tinubu and his wife and asked them to maintain their support for the government to sustain patriotic effort.
“You are one of the women I look up to, because you can make Nigerian women proud.”
“I am always available, you can call me anytime, I am ready to work with you towards the development of our country and for the betterment of everyone, we are one Nigeria.
