Over 11,000 Candidates Sit for UI Post UTME Test

Over 11,000 candidates sat for the Post UTME tests for admission into the University of Ibadan for the 2024/2025 academic session which commenced on Thursday.

Professor Kayode O. Adebowale, the Vice-Chancellor, along with other key officials, ensured the smooth running of the exercise.

Candidates and their parents arrived as early as 6:00 a.m., with the Admissions Committee providing chairs and canopies for their comfort.

“A total of 11,912 candidates are expected to participate in the tests, which will run from Thursday, September 19, to Saturday, September 21, 2024.

“Candidates were advised to print their photo cards from the UI Admissions Portal, which indicate their examination date, time, and venue. These photo cards are mandatory for entry.

“Check-in for candidates began one hour before their scheduled sessions. Notably, candidates originally set for the Friday afternoon session on September 20 have been rescheduled to Saturday, September 21, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.”

The test was held on Thursday, September 19 to  Saturday, September 21, 2024.

The tests are being held at the University of Ibadan Distance Learning Center on Sasa Road.
