The frontline Kwara South Senatorial Aspirant, Otunba Olabode Oyedepo (better known as Deway) has congratulated Barr. Ismail Bolaji Yahaya Muhammad Atoloye Alebiosu following his emergence as the new Olupo of Ajase-Ipo, Irepodun Local Government Area of Kwara State.
Deway in a statement he released on Monday, through his Special Assistant on Media, Adebayo Olodan, described the emergence of the 41-year-old legal practitioner as the new Olupo as a positive development for the people of Ajase-Ipo and Kwara South at large.
His statement reads in part, “After a few months of the passing of Oba Sikiru Atanda Woleola, l am particularly delighted that a new Olupo has emerged through a thorough selection process.
“Judging by the profile of the new Olupo-elect, indigenes of the community and environs should expect accelerated development in their town.
Speaking further,
Otunba Oyedepo enjoined other contestants for the stool and aggrieved members of the community to join hands with the new Olupo-elect in order to ensure far reaching development and peace in Ajase-Ipo.
“Now that Barr. Alebiosu has emerged, l congratulate all sons and daughters of Ajase-Ipo and Kwara South in general. At this juncture, we should all rally round him and avoid any act that could distract him or destabilise the peaceful co-existence of the people.
