Nigerian Photographer Sets New Guinness World Record

A 28-year-old photographer from Yobe State, Saidu Abdulrahaman, has been officially recognized as a Guinness World Records title holder for taking the most headshot photographs in one hour.

Abdulrahaman achieved this feat by snapping 897 pictures of students from Government Day Secondary School, Potiskum, Yobe, in just 60 minutes.

Abdulrahaman’s achievement is a testament to his dedication and hard work.

He attempted to break the World Guinness Record for the most headshot photographs taken in one hour in September 2024.

After submitting his entry, Guinness World Records officially recognized him as a title holder.

While presenting the certificate to Governor Mai Mala Buni of Yobe, Abdulrahaman expressed his gratitude to everyone who supported him.

He stated that the achievement belongs to every Nigerian who believed in him, supported him, and cheered him on from start to finish.

Abdulrahaman emphasized that breaking a world record requires focus, skill, endurance, and a strong community.

He dedicated the milestone to all Nigerians, showing that with determination, anything is possible.

This record is proof that Nigerians are capable of achieving greatness on the global stage.

Governor Mai Mala Buni described Abdulrahaman’s feat as a source of inspiration for the youth of Yobe and beyond, encouraging them to chase their dreams despite challenges.
