NAUS set to Elect New Natl. Excos, Appoints Convention Committee Members

The National Association of University Students (NAUS) has released names of members of the 2021 National Convention Committee ahead it’s election.
The Association disclosed this in a statement signed by the NAUS National President, Comr. Ijegalu Simon and Senate President, Comr. Ibrahim Lawal and made

available to CAMPUS FOCUS on Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2021.
According to the statement, the committee is expected to, “fix the date and venue for the successful hosting of the convention.

“Liaise with security agencies, concerned health and educational agencies for necessary approvals and safety on preventive measures during the convention.
“Secure fund for the planning of the convention.

“Screen and confirm aspirants and eligible voters.
“Make Aspiration forms available to contestants free of Charge as well as provide periodical reports on its activities.”
