Former Senator Sheu Sani has shared adorable photo of a boy he found in the refuse dump as he turned 6 months old.
Sani wrote, “My adopted Boy, Jordan who was found in the Rubbish dump is 6 months today.I visited him at the orphanage.”
Senator Sani was spotted in the photo holding the boy gripped to the top of a car.
However, mixed reactions trailed the post.
While some applauded him for saving the boy, others expressed concern about why the Senator left the child at the orphanage after adopting him.
Commenting, a Netizen, Stephen Bameyi wrote, “Absolutely amazing. May Allah bless senator Shehu Sani”
Peace Rufus, also wrote “Oooh wow. This made me like you more. This is awesome. God bless and keep you sir.”
Similarly, one Benard Ube, said, “He will be a great man in the future. That’s how a journey of great men beginnings. Thank you so much sir.”
However, One Masha Sambo ask the Senator why the boy was not taken to his house but left at the orphanage.
He wrote, “If you adopted him then why is he at the orphanage?”
AbdulAkeem Alatare Saad wrote, “If you have adopted him, isn’t it better you take him home to the rest children or what is he still doing at the orphanage?”
Usman Zakari Ibrahim wrote, “Better move him to your home. Will be better cared for. Peace.”
Replying in a comment, Shehu Sani said, “You can adopt at the orphanage.”
