The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Francis Igbasan, attributed this success to the dedication and hard work of the university’s faculty members and staff, as well as the availability of cutting-edge resources and facilities.

He emphasised the importance of continued excellence, stating, “We should not rest on our oars,” acknowledging that there is still more work to be done to elevate the institution further.

“This accreditation milestone is a significant achievement for McPherson University, ensuring that all its academic programmes are now fully accredited by the NUC.”

The Vice-Chancellor also highlighted the importance of this accomplishment in enhancing the university’s reputation and attracting prospective students.

He encouraged the university community to maintain their dedication and continue working towards even greater achievements.

Adding that “The full accreditation of these programmes by the NUC signifies recognition of the university’s quality education, robust curriculum, and commitment to academic excellence.

“It is expected to boost the university’s profile and provide assurance to students and parents regarding the institution’s capability to deliver quality education”.

“As McPherson University celebrates this accreditation success, the institution aims to build on this achievement by further enhancing its academic standards and facilities.
