Jennifer Aniston has publicly criticised JD Vance, Donald Trump’s vice-presidential candidate, for his derogatory comments about Democrats.
In a 2021 interview, Vance referred to Democrats as “childless cat ladies with miserable lives.” Aniston, who has struggled with infertility and IVF, and has openly discussed her infertility struggles, expressed her dismay on Instagram.
She wrote, “I truly can’t believe that this is coming from a potential VP of the United States.”
Aniston also addressed Vance’s vote against legislation guaranteeing nationwide access to IVF, saying, “I hope your daughter will not need to turn to IVF as a second option because you are trying to take that away from her, too.
