The President and founder of Living Faith Church Worldwide, popularly known as Winners Chapel, Bishop David has said that the devil would celebrate if his vice, Bishop David Abioye.
The duo, who hail from Kwara State, have had an unbroken relationship and have worked together since the establishment of the ministry in 1981.
Speaking during a Sunday service, Oyedepo explained how their relationship had been a blessing to him and the ministry.
He said, “If this man (Abioye) leaves me one second, the devil will celebrate in hell, but he is solid with me day and night through a genuine passion for souls to be safe as a lifestyle.
“He gave the great commission, and he said, Lo, behold, I am with you always. You cannot buy that with money. The reason the devil has not succeeded in assaulting my life is his (Abioye’s) presence. If God is for us who can be against us? There is no other factor that guarantees a sustainable companionship like your passion for souls.
Citing the Bible in Daniel 6:22, the cleric stated that any relationship established in true companionship would be indestructible.
“Behind my inner strength is the consciousness of his presence. My God, I am over-conscious of it. D his companionship makes you untouchable, indestructible, any day, anytime, and anywhere,” he added.
