Our attentions have been drawn to the complaints of the 2019 UTME candidates who are having difficulties accessing their results through their GSM. To check your results,
JAMB had instructed candidates to send ‘RESULT’ to the short code ‘55019’ using the very GSM line they registered with at the point of entry for the examination. While checking your results, candidates should ensure that the words, ‘RESULT’ is written in capital letter. However, many candidates have been complaining that efforts to get their results using the code have proved abortive.
Finding revealed that many of the candidates who are having difficulties getting their results were Airtel users. Authorities of JAMB should please do something about it.
