Group commend Osun Gov for Appointing New OSBC General Managers

The Fourth-Estate Professional Society of Nigeria (FPS), Osun State Council, has commended Senator Ademola Adeleke, the Executive Governor of Osun State, for appointing four new General Managers for the Osun State Broadcasting Corporation (OSBC) conglomerate, under the leadership of Director-General/Permanent Secretary, Mrs. Jolaade Igbaroola.

Osun FPS expressed its gratitude for the appointments of Mrs. Adeola Adebayo, Mr. Tunde Oguntomi, Mr. Muideen Adeleke, and Mr. Akinola Owolabi as General Managers of OSBC Television Service, Living Spring 104.5 FM, Reality Iwo, and Orisun FM, Oke-Itase, Ile-Ife, respectively.

In a statement signed by Comrades Adedapo Owolabi and Adeoye Adegbohungbe, Chairman and Secretary of Osun FPS, the organisation praised the appointments as a strategic move to enhance the efficient management of the corporation’s subsidiaries.

They acknowledged Governor Adeleke’s recognition of the appointees’ dedication and commitment to the corporation’s ideals, affirming that the selection of these seasoned professionals was well-deserved.

The FPS, a professional body of journalists in Osun State, extended their prayers for wisdom, continued good health, and long life for the veteran broadcasters, hoping they would excel in their new roles.

They also urged the appointees to uphold the trust placed in them by the governor and to meet the expectations of journalists in the state while performing their official duties.
