Kwara State Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, reassured Nigerians that the government is addressing their economic concerns.

Speaking after the Friday Jum’ah prayer at Alihamdulillaah Mosque in Ilorin, he noted that President Bola Tinubu and other leaders are aware of the public’s grievances and are actively working on solutions.
“The President and other leaders have heard your concerns,” Abdulrazaq said.
“We are committed to strengthening the economy and ensuring the welfare of our people. I urge everyone to be patient as we implement further interventions.”
The Governor expressed gratitude to the people of Kwara State for their peaceful behaviour and emphasised that their welfare remains a top priority.
He highlighted ongoing initiatives, such as student loan programme and the Credicorp facility, designed to alleviate economic pressures.
“We appreciate the patience of the people of Kwara State,” Abdulrazaq stated.
“The President is working on multiple interventions and palliatives, and we ask for continued understanding as we address these issues. The government is listening and is dedicated to making improvements.”
Abdulrazaq praised the citizens of Kwara for avoiding unrest and maintaining calm, reiterating the state government’s commitment to addressing economic challenges.
