The manager of the England national football team for Euros 2024, Gareth Southgate, has resigned from his role as head coach.
The news was announced by sports journalist Fabrizio Romano via X on Tuesday.
In his statement, Southgate expressed his deep pride and commitment to the team, saying, “As a proud Englishman, it has been the honor of my life to play for England and to manage England.
“It has meant everything to me, and I have given it my all.”
