The Federal Ministry of Education has described as fake, news circulating on social media that the Federal Government announced that Universities and Polytechnic will resume on Monday, 1st of June, 2020.
In a statement posted on the ministry’s twitter handle on Friday, 8th May, 2020, said the information is directed at misleading the public.
The statement read: “There is currently no confirmed date on the resumption of Schools Nationwide.
“These are purported news articles to dissuade the public.”
