Coronavirus: Oyo Govt. opens phone lines to Report Schools

The Oyo State Government has released phone numbers to the public, to report schools that is still operating.

The State government had earlier directed all Tertiary Institutions, Public and Private Schools in the State to shut down all activities in a bid to curb the spread of the pandemic coronavirus.

The Government on Wednesday, took to its twitter handle to release the phone numbers to the public.

“Any school acting in breach of the directive can be reported by calling the Emergency Operations Centre Helplines; 08095394000 / 08095963000 / 08078288999 / 08078288800.” it added.

“A task force from SUBEB, TESCOM & the Ministry of Education have been authorised to take appropriate action against any school flouting this directive.” It added.
