Coronation rites for new 30th Aseyin begins Monday

All is set to receive the Aseyin designate, Sefiu Olawale Oyebola Adeyeri by the entire people of Iseyinland in Iseyin local government area of Oyo State as the 30th Monarch commences the spiritual rites to the throne of his forefathers.

Lawal Fatai Oladimeji, a mogaji in a press release issued and made available to journalists on behalf of Akando Royal Family of Aseyin, disclosed that the Aseyin – Designate will arrive Iseyin on Monday 25th September, 2023.

Oladimeji highlighted that sons and daughters of Iseyinland at home and in the diaspora are expected to usher in the 30th Aseyin of Iseyin from Kilometer 2, Iseyin/Ibadan Road, Iseyin with funfair.

According to the release, The Aseyin Designate will tour round the major communities; Ekunle, Isalu, Oremoje, Koso, Ladogan, Oke Esa and host of others including historical places before he will make himself available for the coronation rites in the evening of the same Monday.

Explaining the activities of Aseyin Designate for the day, Oladimeji stated that the monarch shall seat briefly at Technical College, Iseyin between 4pm and 5:30pm same day.

He however prayed for successful arrival and coronation of Aseyin Designate while added that he shall live longer with sound health so that Iseyin can be further taken to the enviable heights in terms of growth and development.
