Breaking: Unilorin to graduate 12,108 Students, 103 first Class

Not less than 12,108 will be joining the labour market as the University of Ilorin will graduates 103 first class students in the institution.

The Vice Chancellor of the institution Prof. Sulyman Age Abdulkareem made the disclosure during a press conference today marking the 34th Convocation of the university.

According to him, out of 12,108, 10,330 are first degree and diploma graduands while the remaining 1,778 are graduating with higher degrees and postgraduate diplomas.

He said “the first degree/diploma category, we have 103 First Class, 2,553 second class upper division, 5,750 second class lower division, 1,660 third class lower division and 36 pass.

“We also have 104 MBBS graduands, 18 graduands in pharmacy, 49 in Veterinary Medicine, and 32 in Nursing.

“Further more, a total of 25 graduands are obtaining Diploma from the faculties of Education and Management.” he added
