An Oyo State High Court sitting at Ring Road, Ibadan, has granted bail to the former queen of the Ooni of Ife, Naomi Silekunola.
The court also approved bail for Oriyomi Hamzat, a well-known Ibadan-based media personality, and Abdulahi Fasasi, the Principal of Islamic High School.
Justice K.B. Olawoyin, presiding over Court 8, issued the ruling on Monday following a bail application submitted by the legal representatives of the three defendants.
The Judge outlined five bail conditions, including a N10 million bond and two sureties who must provide proof of ownership of landed property within the court’s jurisdiction.
