The National Union of Bauchi State Students (NUBASS) is set to hold its election for the National Executives.
This is coming months after the dissolution of the state executive by the students body congress following their inability to conduct election after the expiration of their tenure.
Meanwhile the apex students body caretaker committee has however nominated 11 committee members to spearhead the activities of the 2018/2019.
The Chairman, Caretakers Committee Abubakar Ali Tiffi in a Press release made available to CAMPUS FOCUS stated that the Committee are expected ensure the success of the event.
The 2018 special convention committee led by Comr Mustapha Ibrahim Musa – ATAP and Comr Abdulrahmam Muhammad Wanka -F.U.K as the secretary has however set Wednesday 17th October, 2018 as the screening for aspirant and 20th October 2018 as the election day
Other members of the Committee are: Najib Mu’azu Bauchi – ABU Zaria, Yamai Abdulwahab – ATBU, Abdulrashid Salihu – ATAP, Marwan Alkasim Shall – ATBU, Ibrahim Abdullahi Soro – College Of Agric, Bauchi, Imrana Mailambu Waziri – Federal Poly, Sadiq Abbas – ATBU, Amb. Yahaya Said Tela – BASUG and Abdulrahman Yahaya – ATBU
