The Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has revoked the Air Operator Certificates (AOCs) of two aviation companies, Eastwind Aviation Logistics Services Limited and Omni-Blu Aviation.

In a statement, the NCAA revealed that both operators had violated Part 1.2.1.5 of the Nigeria Civil Aviation Regulations (Nig. CARs), which relates to the falsification, reproduction, or alteration of documents such as applications, licenses, certificates, logbooks, reports, or records.

The NCAA further explained that Part 1.2.1.5(b) of Nig. CARs mandates the revocation of certificates in cases of such fraudulent activities.

As a result, the affected operators’ certificates—OBA/AOC/12-15/002 for Omni-Blu Aviation and EAL/AOC/03-24/001 for Eastwind Aviation—have been officially revoked.

The NCAA emphasized that this action is part of its ongoing efforts to sanitize and improve the integrity of Nigeria’s aviation industry.
