The Nigerian Super Eagles won their second Group A match against Cote d’Ivoire after scoring a penalty kick.
The game which was held on Thursday evening ended with a 1:0.
The Eagles were awarded a penalty in the 54th minute after Victor Osimhen was kicked creating a foul for the Ivorians in their defence box.
Defender William Troost-Ekong who took the penalty kick scored it to earn the Eagles three points.
The victory throwed supporters and Nigerians into excitement as they celebrate hoping that the Super Eagle will continue to win their games.
