EFCC to sell govt properties days to end of Buhari’s tenure

Barely four days to the expiration of Buhari’s tenure, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has announced the auctioning of some government properties.

The EFCC disclosed this in an advertisement posted on some national dailies on the 26th and 30th on May, 2023, a statement on its Facebook handle had said.

It reads, “The general public is invited to participate in the sales of government properties.

“Read the details herein. This message is also posted on the Commission’s Website: www.efcc.gov.ng under the Auction Menu. Also read pages 26 and 30 of Daily Trust and Vanguard Newspapers of Thursday, May 25, 2023 respectively.”

Meanwhile, President Buhari will officially hand over to the President-elect, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu who will be sworn-in on Monday, May 29.
