The newly appointed Director General of the National Youth Service Corps, Brigadier General Yushua Dogara Ahmed will pay his first official visit to Oyo State on Thursday, February 9, 2023.
In a statement signed by the Assistant Director, Press and Public Relations Unit and made available to National Telescope on Wednesday, the DG would address salient issues confronting the NYSC.
The statement reads in part, “The Director General who officially takes over the administration of the NYSC on Monday 30th January, 2023 is expected to meet with Corps members deployed to Oyo state for the 2023 Batch ‘A’ stream one Orientation Course and to deliver his goodwill message.
“The visit will also provide the DG an opportunity to discuss the challenges, improvement on service delivery of the scheme and to give impetus to ongoing efforts at contributing to national growth.”
