By Daniel Ayantoye

The Oyo State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM) has described as fake a purported list for ongoing recruitment exercise in the State.

TESCOM in a statement on the Oyo State Government twitter handle on Friday, 24th April, 2020 urged all applicants to disregard the list.

The commission said authentic information on the recruitment exercise will be released after the lock down is over.

The statement read “The #Oyostate Post-Primary Schools Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM) wish to inform the public that the attention of the Commission has been drawn to a list circulating on Social Media concerning the on-going recruitment exercise.

“The said list is false and fictitious, as no list has been made or published by the commission.

“Members of the public; particularly applicants are urged to disregard the list and await authentic information from TESCOM after the pandemic COVID-19 lockdown.” It added.
