The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Ogun Province 28, has hosted the 2025 Redeemer’s Men Fellowship (RMF) Convention with the theme “The Mighty Man of Valour”, drawn from Judges 6:12-16.
Addressing the gathering, the Provincial Men Fellowship President, Assistant Pastor Oluwole Olusegun, welcomed participants and emphasized the four core pillars of the RMF—family, faith, fitness, and finances. He urged men to place unwavering trust in God’s sovereignty, provision, and protection.
The Provincial Pastor and Chairman of RMF in Ogun 28, Pastor Olufunmbi Kuye, preached on the convention’s theme, referencing Judges 6:12-16 and Exodus 14:13-31. He encouraged men to trust in God, even in the face of seemingly impossible situations.
Guest minister, Pastor Femi Olunuga, APICR Region 1 and PICP RCCG Lagos Province, highlighted that the convention was designed to reposition men for God’s work. He stressed that men should embrace their roles as husbands, fathers, and devoted Christians, urging them to be recognized as mighty men of valour in both faith and finances.
“Men should embrace God and righteousness, love their families and fellow countrymen, and promote peace at all times,” he stated. He also prayed for God’s blessings on responsible men who diligently care for their households and engage in faith-based spiritual exercises.
Speaking on “Taking Over Territories”, APICP CSR, Pastor Sam Adeniran, encouraged men to strive for greater exploits as sincere Christians ready to work for God’s kingdom.
Similarly, APICP Admin and RMF Coordinator, Pastor Akinleye Obatunwase, spoke on “Intimacy in Marriage”, urging men to maintain righteousness, love their families, and foster peace.
He also advised couples to avoid discord and remain focused to overcome marital challenges.
The convention also featured an award ceremony moderated by the Regional President, Pastor Odeyale Daniel Owolabi.
Outstanding men in the province were recognized, with the RMF Man of the Year award presented to APICP Admin, APICP CSR, RMF President, and Bro. Michael Osirim of the Peace Court, Obada.
