The commission disclosed this in a statement made available to NATIONAL TELESCOPE by the Head, Press and Public Relations, Ikechukwu Ani on Tuesday.
According to PSC, the promotion of the officers who recently earned their PhD degrees is in recognition of their academic achievements and dedication to personal development.
