The team, led by Environment Minister Balarabe Abass Lawal, has departed for Apia, Samoa’s capital, to participate in the ongoing summit, which started on October 21 and will conclude on October 26.

Special Adviser to the President on Information & Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, confirmed the Vice President’s departure back to Nigeria along with Foreign Affairs Minister Yusuf Tuggar.

Meanwhile it was gathered that repairs has commenced on the damaged aircraft.
