President Tinubu Appoints New FRSC Corps Marshal

President Bola Tinubu has approved the appointment of ACM Shehu Mohammed as the new Corps Marshal and Chief Executive Officer of the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC).

The confirmation of Mohammed’s appointment was announced in a letter from the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), George Akume, dated May 20, 2024.

This appointment complies with Section 7(1) of the Federal Road Safety Commission Act, 2007, and officially began on May 20, 2024.

Shehu Mohammed takes on this prestigious role, succeeding Dauda Ali Biu as the Corps Marshal of the FRSC.
