NNPC E&P Ltd and NOSL Initiate Oil Production in OML 13, Akwa Ibom State

NNPC Exploration and Production Limited (NNPC E&P Ltd) and Natural Oilfield Services Ltd (NOSL) have achieved a significant milestone in Nigeria’s oil and gas sector with the commencement of oil production at Oil Mining Lease (OML) 13 in Akwa Ibom State.

This memorable event, which came up May 6th, 2024, marks the beginning of a promising partnership between NNPC E&P Ltd and NOSL.

Initially yielding 6,000 barrels of oil, production is projected to increase to 40,000 barrels per day by May 27th, 2024.

The collaboration highlights a shared commitment to foster growth and progress in Nigeria’s oil and gas sector, an all important part of the nation’s economy.
