The operatives of the Nigeria Police Force have apprehended the alleged brain behind the violent ambush on the Abuja-Kaduna passenger which occured in March, 2022.
The Police Public Relations Officer, ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, revealed this arrest during a press conference held in Kaduna on Thursday, May 2, 2024
Identified as Ibrahim Abdullahi, the suspect is notorious under the alias Mandi.
Adejobi emphasised that this apprehension marks a pivotal milestone in the ongoing probe into the regrettable Abuja-Kaduna train incident.
Moreover, the police spokesperson highlighted that Abdullahi had prior involvement in the abduction of students from Greenfield University in 2021.
