The National Telescope Newspaper and Telescope Online TV, which were established in 2012, are published by Triple-F Media Consult & Publishing Company. It was rebranded to its current name in February 2020 and officially registered under the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) with RC No: 3280032 on January 28, 2021.
