Oba Olakulehin to emerge new Olubadan

The Balogun of Ibadanland, Oba Owolabi Olakulehin, will be crowned as the 43rd Olubadan of Ibadanland.

He hails from Ita Baale in Ibadan North East Local Government and was a member of the House of Representatives in the Third Republic.

The late monarch, who was born on October 18, 1942, died after reigning for two years and he will be buried according to Islamic rights on Friday at 4 pm.

Governor Makinde, in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Sulaimon Olanrewaju, while mourning the death of the late monarch, confirmed that he died at the University College Hospital, Ibadan.
