Scores of people have been feared killed following an attack by suspected herdsmen at the Adijah community in Ugbokpo, Apa local government area of Benue state.
It was gathered that the incident occurred on Thursday, while residents have since deserted vilage for neighbouring villages.
Although, the number of casualties was yet to be ascertained as at the time of filing this report, it was however gathered that several people were killed while some others sustained injury.
