BBNaija Season 9: Kellyrae Crowned Winner, Takes Home N60m

Kingsley Oritsetimeyin, popularly known as Kellyrae, has been crowned the winner of Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) Season 9, themed “No Loose Guard.” Kellyrae triumphed over eight other finalists to win the grand prize, which includes N60 million in cash, an SUV, and other exciting rewards.

The grand finale, which aired to millions of fans across Nigeria and beyond, was an intense showdown between the top contestants. The finalists were Kellyrae, Wanni, Victoria, Onyeka, Ozee, Sooj, Nelly, and Anita. As the night unfolded, Sooj, Anita, Ozee, Nelly, and Victoria were evicted, leaving Kellyrae, Wanni, and Onyeka as the final three housemates vying for the top spot.

After much anticipation, Wanni and Onyeka were eventually evicted, crowning Kellyrae as the winner of BBNaija Season 9. Overcome with emotion, Kellyrae expressed his gratitude and joy, stating, “Winning BBNaija Season 9 is a dream come true. I’m overwhelmed with joy and appreciation for my fans’ support throughout my journey.”

The grand finale also featured performances from popular Nigerian artists Joeboy and Qing Madi, while the charismatic Chukwuebuka Obi-Uchendu hosted the event, keeping fans on the edge of their seats. The night was filled with electrifying performances and flashbacks of memorable moments from the housemates’ time in the BBNaija house.

BBNaija Season 9 kicked off on July 24, 2024, with 14 pairs of dynamic housemates competing for the ultimate prize. Over the course of the season, viewers were treated to drama, romance, friendships, and intense challenges, keeping the audience thoroughly entertained. The show’s unique format this season, which featured pairs of housemates, added an extra layer of excitement and strategy to the competition.

Throughout the season, Kellyrae consistently impressed fans with his charisma, resilience, and ability to navigate the various challenges thrown his way. His victory is a testament to the unwavering support from his fan base, who rallied behind him throughout the competition.
